Wheeling Gateway Center Project Update: Demolition Complete

We’re pleased to share that the remediation and demolition scope at the Gateway Project is now complete. The site has been fully graded, and demobilization is underway. While there may be minor punch list items addressed in the coming days, the contract closeout process for this phase is in progress. Looking ahead, the next phase of the project will begin soon, with engineers and architects starting the development of construction drawings. We’re excited to continue moving forward and will provide further updates as the project progresses.
